Required Skills:
- Experience required 4+ years

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of graphic, motion, systems, product and communication designers (includes junior to senior) to support Marketing Team
- Drive the team of communication, visual, motion graphics, systems, products and brand strategy designer to produce high quality designs
- Responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, including delegation of requests to team members and establishing/enforcing processes and procedures for quality assurance
- Help set expectations with clients and ensure SLAs are met, providing excellent customer service
- Champion the TRD brand as set by Marketing, ensuring all brand guidelines are followed
- Oversee high profile and complex projects to manage the execution
- Provide direction and requirements for team members, ensuring high quality deliverables are produced within schedule
- Manage team dynamics and conflict
- Facilitate team training and individual career development
- Provide guidance and feedback on performance of team members, conduct reviews
- Communicate with the marketing team, clients, and other stakeholders across multiple accounts.
