Job Overview: As a Fashion Communication Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating our brand vision into visually compelling and engaging communication materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance our brand presence and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Communication:
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication channels.
- Design and produce promotional materials, including but not limited to lookbooks, brochures, and banners.
- Digital and Social Media:
- Create visually appealing content for digital platforms, including social media posts, website graphics, and email campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into digital communication.
- Photography and Art Direction:
- Collaborate with photographers and oversee photoshoots to ensure alignment with the brand aesthetic.
- Provide art direction for product photography and promotional campaigns.
- Event Collateral:
- Design event materials such as invitations, banners, and signage to support marketing and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the events team to create visually striking event experiences.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, merchandising, and design teams to understand their needs and deliver effective communication materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Communication Designer or similar role in the fashion industry.
- Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a keen understanding of fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
