Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Employee Data, Employee Attendance and Leave Management
- Develop and implementing HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Manpower and Capacity planning, job analysis and recruitment
- Own the complete employee sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and induction process
- Planning HR department’s Budget, Compensation and Benefits
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- HR Documentation process (Preparing HR letters)
- Training plan for new joinees and reviews
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Managing Payroll in conjunction with the Accounts Team
- Assisting the leadership in increasing Brand Visibility and Hiring Capacity for TRD Studios and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven work 2+ Experience as an HR Executive (Prefered)
- Good Knowledge of Policies and procedures
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Good communication skills
- Masters in Human Resources Management or relevant field
