Key Responsibilities
- Sales Lead Generation: Identify and develop leads for partnerships, community building, and investor engagement, contributing to fund and portfolio growth.
- Portfolio Profiling: Create feature-based profiles for portfolio companies to highlight their unique strengths and successes.
- SEO and Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance web traffic and visibility.
- Investor and Market Communication: Develop and execute internal (investor-focused) and external (market-focused) communication strategies, including newsletters and other communication formats.
- Social Media Strategy: Innovatively leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Medium Blogs, YouTube, and occasionally Facebook to engage audiences and boost brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Write clear, engaging marketing copy to promote the fund, its services, and portfolio startups.
- Media and PR Coordination: Collaborate with PR agencies to secure media coverage and disseminate information effectively.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, investor interests, and portfolio-related topics, combining online sources, interviews, and studies.
- Creative Content Development: Prepare well-structured drafts using collaborative tools and align with marketing and design teams to create articles, graphics, and other content.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure uniformity in style, tone, fonts, and visuals across all communication and creative outputs.
- Partner Profiling and Interviews: Highlight key topics through interviews and features of partners and stakeholders.
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business (Sales, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field).
- Have a passion for marketing, communication, and sales (BTech students focused on technical roles need not apply).
- Have proven experience in roles such as Sales, Marketing, Communication, or Content Writing.
- Are skilled in conducting research using multiple sources and are familiar with web publications.
- Have excellent writing and editing skills in English (fluency in one or two regional languages is a plus).
- Are experienced with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Possess strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Are available for a work-from-home internship and can commit to a 6-month full-time duration.
- Have relevant skills and interests and are ready to start immediately.
