Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
   • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
   • Identify key digital channels and tactics to reach target audiences effectively.
2. Content Strategy:
   • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
   • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
3. Social Media Management:
   • Oversee social media accounts, develop posting schedules, and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers.
   • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility.
4. SEO and SEM:
   • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
   • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
   • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Digital Advertising:
   • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, including display, retargeting, and social media advertising.
   • Optimize ad spend and ROI through continuous testing and analysis.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, PPC and content marketing.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
