Roles & Responsibilities

  • Immerse yourself in TRD Studios’ comprehensive suite of services, including branding, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Represent TRD Studios at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups to connect with potential clients and gather market intelligence.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term engagement and retention.
  • Promote additional services to clients based on their evolving business needs, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure agreements that are both competitive and mutually beneficial.
  • Prepare persuasive business proposals, contracts, and presentations that reflect the value of TRD Studios’ offerings.
  • Train and mentor team members on effective sales and client engagement strategies.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to refine service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and client demands to maintain the relevance and impact of our solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in branding or digital marketing.
  • A “go-getter” mindset with the drive to achieve targets and create meaningful impact.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent presentation and grooming standards.
