Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing:
   • Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished, visually appealing final product.
   • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of videos.
   • Incorporate music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the overall video.
2. Content Creation:
   • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and create video content that aligns with the brand and marketing goals.
   • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table for video projects.
3. Technical Proficiency:
   • Stay updated on industry trends and new editing technologies to ensure efficient and cutting-edge video production.
   • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
4. Quality Control:
   • Review and proof videos for errors or areas of improvement before final delivery.
   • Ensure that the final product meets the company’s standards and brand guidelines.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the creative team, including videographers, graphic designers, and content creators, to achieve a cohesive and compelling final product.
   • Take feedback and make necessary adjustments to videos as required.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Video Editor.
2. Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages.
3. Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
4. Creative mind and storytelling skills.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Excellent communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Video Production, or related field (preferred).
• Certification in Video Editing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Certified Associate) is a plus.
